I loved this mirror so much that I decided to keep it for myself... I love the character it brings to our room! I just painted it Old White and did a clear wax finish. I'm thinking about distressing it... but for now it will remain white. (Yes, in the bottom picture the mirror is upside down).

Teal Bedframe
Most of the furniture I have refinished has been either white or gray... however, I was asked to paint this awesome headboard/footboard for a dear friend. I'm obsessed with this teal color! I hope you love it as much as I do!

Two Refinished Chairs
This past week has been pretty busy! I have been working extra hard trying to get all of this furniture refinished before I go back to work full time starting in August. So, to start off the week I refinished two adorable chairs!
This is a "before" picture of the first chair.

6 Drawer Dresser
I know the lighting is terrible but here are some pictures from the 6 drawer dresser that I was able to refinish yesterday!
This piece had some chipping paint on the edges so I sanded down some areas before painting...
Here is a picture of the detailing on style of the piece and where I sanded it down a bit.
Here it is with the first coat of paint. I LOVE white furniture!
Here are the drawers without hardware before they were painted.
Here are the drawers painted and drying.
Here is the final product! Isn't it adorable?
Here is the before/after picture.
New Projects
I have 2 of these larger 6 drawer dressers, I painted one of them white (as seen in previous post) and am waiting to paint the other one.
I have three, yes THREE of these desks... I LOVE them! They are so cute! If you are looking for a desk/vanity please let me know! I have one that is painted in gray already that can be seen in a previous post.
Sorry about the lighting in this picture... This is the only desk that I have like this. I think it's adorable!
I currently have 2 nightstands...
This is the chair that goes to the second desk... It will look cute when I re-finish it!
I have 3 twin headboard/footboards. One of them is painted white.
I have one mirror left! I just sold the other one and am in the process of re-finishing it.
9 Drawer Dresser
Yesterday I was able to work on this beautiful dresser! I just sold the dresser that we were using in our bedroom and needed to replace it. I found this beautiful piece in Chattanooga and just HAD to have it! Thankfully I have wonderful friends who let me borrow their truck to drive down there and pick it up. I worked on it yesterday and here are some of the pictures... (Thanks again, John and Suzi)!
As you can tell I LOVE the way white looks with this style of furniture.

Found more furniture :~)
This week has been successful in trying to find more furniture to sell! I have found that what I am looking for is very popular up north... I'm very thankful that we (my husband and I) are visiting my family this week in Ohio for vacation and that we have a truck! Tomorrow we are going to pick up a few more pieces that I was able to find that aren't too too far from where we are. I also found some furniture in Chattanooga that I am going to go and pick up when we get back from vacation (Thanks John and Suzi!!!). I will post a few before pictures when I get back to Tennessee. I know any free time that I had is now going to be devoted to re-finishing a good number of pieces of furniture! I'm very excited for the opportunity to do this!
